クラウドSnapVault宛先SVMをSCVに追加できません

環境

• SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere (SCV) 6.1以上
• Cloud SVM
• SnapVault

問題

• SCVは、クラウドに配置されたSnapVaultデスティネーションSVMを追加できません。
• SCVコンソールに表示されるエラー：

Failed to add/update storage system information:
Failed to connect to storage system <SVM_NAME_OR_IP_ADDR>. This instance has already started one or more requests.
Properties can only be modified before sending the first request.

• SVMとユーザ名に対してONTAPIアプリケーションとHTTPアプリケーションが有効化されています。
• ファイアウォールはポート443をブロックしていません。
