バックアップにマウントがあるため、SnapCenter リソースグループを削除できません

問題

SnapCenter でリソースグループを削除しようとすると、アクティブなマウントがない場合でも次のエラーが表示されます。

'Backup Deletion Failed: Backup <snapshot name> has mounts, cannot be deleted, unmount and retry again'

これは、SnapCenter リポジトリ(NSM MySQLデータベース)にバックアップマウントを参照する古いエントリがあることが原因です。原因としては、SnapCenter で作成されたクローンをSnapCenter を使用せずにストレージシステムから手動で削除した場合が考えられます。

SnapManager Webログには次の情報が表示されます。
