問題

証明書の認証エラーが原因で、StorageGRIDアプライアンスSANtricity OS、NVSRAM、またはドライブのファームウェアアップグレードが失敗します。

StorageGRID UIでGrid ManagerからSANtricity OSバージョン11.80.1R2以降を適用しようとすると、次のアラートが報告されます。
[Maintenance]>[Software Update]：
- "An error occurred during the most recent SANtricity OS upgrade. You must retry the SANtricity OS upgrade before you can apply a hotfix or upgrade to a new StorageGRID release. If you cannot upgrade SANtricity OS, contact technical support."

GMIソフトウェアアップデートエラー

System Managerのサポートセクション（イベント）およびサポートバンドルのMAJOR-EVENT-LOG に記録されるEシリーズイベントでは、ファームウェアパッケージが認証チェックに失敗したことが示されます。
