AWS SDKを使用している場合、StorageGRIDがHTTPリクエストを実行できない

問題
S3処理で、バケットのリスト表示中またはオブジェクトの読み出し中に以下のエラーが報告されます：
Exception thrown from bean: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: software.amazon.awssdk.core.exception.SdkClientException: Unable to execute HTTP request: Acquire operation took longer than the configured maximum time. This indicates that a request cannot get a connection from the pool within the specified maximum time.さらに、次のS3エラー応答が表示されることがあります：
error='Anonymous request cannot perform service operations'（バケットを一覧表示する場合）error='The encryption parameters are not applicable to this object'（オブジェクト取得時）
