イーサネットポートがCRCエラーでダウンする

環境

  • NetApp ONTAP 9.18.1 ASAR2
  • ASA-A30(All SAN Array)
  • インターフェイスグループ(ifgrp/LACP)のEthernetポート(e1a、e1b)
  • 最近ハードウェア(スイッチ)が変更されたサイト
  • ジャンボフレーム(MTU 9000)を使用する環境

問題

問題:両方のHAノード上のイーサネットポート(e1aとe1b)が断続的にダウンし、多数のCRCエラーと劣化したインターフェースグループ状態が報告されます。この問題はスイッチ交換後に発生しました。ポートは無効化してから再度有効化することで復旧できますが、MTUを9000に設定するとCRCエラーが解消されません。MTUを1500に下げると、CRCエラーはすぐに解消されます。
