問題

  • E4000コントローラのステータスは Offline(Failed)であり、オンラインに設定したり電源を投入したりすることはできません。
  • SANtricityシステムマネージャまたはサポートデータログに次のエラーが報告されます：OFFLINE_CTL-Recovery Failure Type Code: 28
  • StorageGRIDのアラートには次のものが含まれます：

Storage appliance storage connectivity degraded

There is a problem with one or more connections between the compute controller and storage controller.

Appliance storage controller hardware issue

SANtricity software is reporting "Needs attention" for a component in a StorageGRID appliance.
