  • AutoSupportが有効になっている場合、エンドユーザーにメールが送信されます。サポートケースを開く必要がある場合、ユーザーは24時間以内に返信する必要があります。メール通知の内容は以下のとおりです。  E-Series Notification (Power supply failed) CRITICAL
    • SANtricity OS 11.70.3以降、電源障害の原因が電源入力の喪失である場合、AutoSupportメッセージは送信されません。ただし、SANtricity System Managerでメール通知が設定されている場合は( アラートのメールサーバーと受信者の設定)、エンドユーザーにメールが送信されます
  • StorageGRID System Manager は以下のアラートを報告します。
    • Appliance overall power supply degraded
    • Appliance storage shelves degraded
    • Appliance storage controller hardware issue
