  • 電源喪失イベント後、すべてのボリュームに障害が発生し、コントローラ A がダウンしました。
  • コントローラ A は回復後も不安定なままであり、書き込みキャッシュ障害のためコントローラ B によって繰り返しオフラインにされる。
