SANtricity11.80以降へのEシリーズのアップグレードが、互換性のないファームウェアファイルが原因で失敗する

環境

• NetApp Eシリーズ
• NetApp SANtricity   OS 11.70.5より前
• OSバージョン11.80以降にアップグレード

問題

• SANtricity OS 11.80以降にアップグレードしようとすると、SANtricityシステムマネージャに次のエラーメッセージが返されます。

Cannot Upgrade SANtricity OS Software

The SANtricity OS Software upgrade was not compatible with you storage array. Please select another upgrade.

• 同様に、コマンドラインインターフェイス（CLI）を使用してアップグレードしようとすると、次のエラーが返されます。

Unable to download the file, /Users/xxxxx/Downloads/RCB_11.80GA_280x_64cc0ee3.dlp, in the Download command at line 1. The file is not compatible with the existing Firmware version on the storage array. See online help for possible causes.
