NetApp Eシリーズ SANtricity System Manager

問題

  • SANtricity System Managerでメール(SMTP)アラートを設定する際、「テストメール」機能が次のようなエラーメッセージで失敗します:

There was an unknown error on the mail server.

The mail server is not valid.

Temporary failure in name resolution

  • または、イベントログでは次のようになります:

[SMTPSender.java:171][requestId=...] SMTP sender error, com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: [SMTP_SERVER_IP],587; timeout -1

SMTP sender error, java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable

SMTP message send failed to: [SMTP_SERVER_IP]
