問題

  • 通常運用時にシンボリュームで障害が発生する
  • ログには次のイベントが表示されます。
    • 7B02 (A thin volume repository has failed)
    • 7B04 (A Defrag operation on a Thin Provisioned Repository Volume has ended)
    • 7900 (Copy on write integrity fault)
