E5700コントローラの再挿入後に書き込みレイテンシが増加する

• コントローラを再挿入すると、WBCが自動的に有効になりません。

• 最適なコントローラを取り外す前と比較して、WBCを再度有効にした後のパフォーマンスの低下（書き込みレイテンシの増加）が発生します。
