環境

  • NetApp Eシリーズ EF600
  • NetApp Eシリーズ EF300

問題

コントローラがオフラインになってロックダウン状態になり、データを提供できない。
 
Recovery GURUでは、次のレポートが報告される場合があります:
  • Failure Entry 2: OFFLINE_CTL-Recovery Failure Type Code: 28

イベントログは以下を報告する場合があります:

  • The controller's BMC is unresponsive - Shelf 99, Bay <A or B>
AutoSupportが有効になっている場合、次のエラーのいずれか1つ以上が報告されることがあります:
  • ECRFLT:E-Series Notification from <controller name> (Controller redundancy lost) CRITICAL

  • An additional ECRFLT:E-Series Notification from <controller name> (This controller's alternate is non-functional and is being heldiin reset) CRITICAL has been reported for this system

  • ECRFLT:E-Series Notification from <array name> (Write-back caching forcibly disabled) CRITICAL

  • EHWENC:E-Series Notification from <array name> (Entering invalid system configuration) CRITICAL
