adminクレデンシャルを使用したログインエラー：クラスタUIおよびmNode UI

環境

• 12.5より前のNetApp Elementソフトウェア
• NetApp Element管理ノード（mNode）

問題

• API呼び出しは管理者クレデンシャルを使用して実行  ただし、同じクレデンシャルを使用してクラスタUIとmNode UIにアクセスすると問題が発生する
   
• クラスタUIへのアクセス が次のメッセージで失敗する。
  
  "The user name and/or password is not correct. Make sure any unneeded sessions are closed"

 

• MVIPまたはノードUIへのアクセスの戻り値：

{"error":"An error occurred while trying to encrypt the provided data. Refer to the inner exception for more information."}

• 管理ノード（mNode）UIへのアクセスが次のメッセージで失敗します。
  
  {"error": "Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'value')}" 

• Swagger UI（mNode）の認証が次のメッセージで失敗します。
  
   "Auth Error: Bad Request, error: invalid_client"

注：「mnode-client」または「hci-ui」でテスト

• 次のエラーが検出される可能性があります。

authenticationServiceFault  Element Auth container has been not ready for too long on node 3. Please contact support if this problem persists.
