Brocade FCポートがオフライン（No_Sync状態および-inf TX電源）

環境

• Brocade FC スイッチ
• ファブリックOS（FOS）

問題

• Brocadeファイバチャネルポートは    、複数のlink failure でNo_sync 状態になっています。sync_loss とpcs errors がporterrshow で報告しました。
