Brocadeスイッチポートがオフラインで、「No light」状態であり、エンドデバイスハードウェアの障害が原因でRxパワーが低/-infである

• スイッチのケーブルチェックとSFPが交換されましたが、問題はまだ維持されています
• スイッチはerrdumpに次のエラーも記録することがあります。
