SCP設定エラーが原因でスイッチのログ収集が失敗する

環境

  • ONTAP 9
  • Ciscoクラスタスイッチ
  • スイッチヘルスモニタのログ収集

問題

  • NetAppのドキュメントに従って、Ciscoクラスタスイッチのスイッチログ収集が設定されている
  • スイッチのログ収集を実行しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。
cluster::> system switch ethernet log show

 Log Collection Enabled: true

 Index Switch                 Log Timestamp Status
------ ------------------------------------ -------------------  -------------
   1 CISCO-CS-01(FOCXXXXXXXX)        -           switch password error
   2 CISCO-CS-02(FOCYYYYYYYY)        -           switch password error

2 entries were displayed.

  • トラブルシューティングを実行して スイッチでSCPとSSHを有効にする
  • スイッチでSCPおよびSSHをイネーブルにしたあとにスイッチログを収集しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます。

CLUSTER::> system switch ethernet log show

 Log Collection Enabled: true

 Index Switch                 Log Timestamp Status
------ ------------------------------------ -------------------  -------------
   1 CISCO-CS-01(FOCXXXXXXXX)        -           switch log scp error
   2 CISCO-CS-02(FOCYYYYYYYY)        -           switch log scp error

2 entries were displayed.

  • 既存のログを削除すると、switch log scp error""は残ります。
