問題

  • お客様は、『CN1610 Switch Administrator's Guide』156ページに従ってTACACS+を設定しましたが、設定の完了後にTACACS+を使用してログインできませんでした。
  • show tech-support logを確認します。次のTACACS+エラーメッセージが見つかりました。
 
Feb 10 23:33:48 TWTPCN16N01-1 TACACS[tacacs_task]: tacacs_authen.c(1208) 37467 %% TACACS+: no key configured to encrypt packet for server 10.4.6.50.
Feb 10 23:33:53 TWTPCN16N01-1 TACACS[tacacs_task]: tacacs_control.c(171) 37468 %% TACACS+: connection timeout to server 10.0.6.75.
Feb 10 23:33:53 TWTPCN16N01-1 TACACS[tacacs_task]: tacacs_authen.c(758) 37469 %% TACACS+: authentication error, no server to contact. TACACS+ request needed, but no servers are configured.
