CN1610スイッチでパスワードを変更できません。エラーメッセージに「It is an incomplete command」と記載されています

問題
パスワードを変更するとエラーが発生する
(switchname) (Config)#username admin password xxxxxxxx Command not found / Incomplete command. Use ? to list commands.
