ホストへのNDMP接続に失敗しました

• NDMPバックアップがCommVaultで次のエラーで失敗します。

Error Code: [39:7] Description: NDMP connection to host [netapp-prod-cluster] failed. Please verify the NDMP Server can be reached on this host using your current IPV4/IPV6 settings on MediaAgent. Source: sydaws01, Process: NasBackup

• フェーズ4では、バックアップ・ログに次のエラーが表示されます。
