セキュリティ設定からTLS v1.1を削除したあとのクラスタピアリングエラー

問題
- TLS v1およびv1.1を削除したあと、 クラスタピアリングに関するエラーメッセージに 次のエラーが表示される。
ems.logs：
"The TLS connections have failed several times with remote host '<IP address>' in IPspace '<ipspace id>', for which the latest reason given is: OpenSSL: error:0A000438:SSL routines::tlsv1 alert internal error.
messages.log ：
ERR: ktlsd: abortHandshake:src/tables/net_ssl_handshake.cc:2256 OpenSSL call failed: OpenSSL: error:0A000438:SSL routines::tlsv1 alert internal error
