BES-53248 スイッチから誤って UnsupportedSwitch_Alert が生成される

環境

• ONTAP 9
• MetroCluster IP
• BES-53248スイッチ
• Cluster Switch Health Monitor （ CSHM ） AutoSupport メッセージが表示されます

問題

• サポートされているスイッチモデル、OS、および構成を使用していても、イベントログで次のアラートが生成されます。

[node-01: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = UnsupportedSwitch_Alert , Alerting Resource = clusterswitch-01 raised by monitor cluster-switch
[node1:callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process cshm: UnsupportedSwitch_Alert[switch_name].

• アラートは、管理ネットワークが不安定になったことが通知されたときに生成されます。

[node-01: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchCommunityString_Alert , Alerting Resource = clusterswitch-01 raised by monitor cluster-switch

• アラートは自動的に消去されます。

[node-01: cshmd: hm.alert.cleared:notice]: Alert Id = UnsupportedSwitch_Alert , Alerting Resource = clusterswitch-01 cleared by monitor cluster-switch
