MCC スイッチオーバー処理を実行できません。設定レプリケーションサービスの準備が完了していません

環境

• MetroCluster
• スイッチオーバー
• MDVボリューム

問題

• クラスタ構成のレプリケーションが正常な状態でない場合、 MCC スイッチオーバー処理を実行できません

ClusterA::> metrocluster operation show 
    Operation: switchover
      State: failed
    Start Time: 2/26/2021 14:37:37
     End Time: 2/26/2021 14:37:39
      Errors: Failed to set up the node and cluster components for the switchover operation.
          ClusterA(fatal): Configuration replication service is not ready in cluster "ClusterA".
                  Wait a few minutes, then try the command again.

• 両方の MDV ボリュームがストレージレプリケーションに使用されていません
