MetroCluster マザーボードの交換後にFlexarrayがディスクを認識できない

環境

  • ONTAP 9
  • MetroCluster ファブリック接続(MCC-FC)環境
  • FlexArray

問題

  • MetroClusterノード(stor87****2)のマザーボードを交換したあと、ノードでディスク(ローカルディスクもパートナーディスクも)が認識されず、次の現象が発生しました: 「Normal giveback not possible: partner missing filesystem disks」
  • ノードがinitializing/waiting-for-giveback state
  • パートナーノードは次のように報告します:
    Normal giveback not possible: partner missing filesystem disks
  • Disk show -vの出力で0ディスクが返される

       *> disk show -v
             Local System ID: 53****12
             disk show: No disks attached to system.

  • FCイニシエータポート(0e/0f)のメンテナンスモード:sysconfig -vの出力は次のように表示されます:
