[No NV device has been detected]でAFF A900 / FAS70をブートできない

問題
- AFF - A900ノードがブートに失敗し、次のようなアラートが表示されます。

Wed Jun 28 00:00:00 [node01:nv.none:EMERGENCY]: No NV device has been detected.
- FAS70ノードがブートに失敗し、次のようなアラートが表示されます。
