PANIC: watchdog nmi because IPMI interface congested. in process idle: cpu9

BMCイベントログまたはSP-LATEST-SYSTEM-EVENT-LOGは、ウォッチドッグ割り込みとそれに続く複数のバス修正可能エラーを示します。
