問題を確認するには、次のいずれかの方法を使用します。

BMCプロンプト

1. 次のコマンドを実行します。

BMC node_name>system battery show

2. 結果で次のことを確認します。
   1. Current フィールドに 「0 mA 」と表示されます。
   2. RelativeCharge 71% の下にフィールドが表示されます。
   3. ChargingCurrent フィールドに「1000 mA 」と表示されます。

AutoSupportログ

1. 「BATTERY (no charge)というタイトルのAutoSupport を開きます。
2. SP-LATEST-STATISTICS セクションに移動します。
3. 出力 で次のことを確認します。
   1. Log Collection Time 現在の日付を表示します（現在の日付/時刻が表示されない場合は、AutoSupportセクションSP - latest-statisticsを使用して確認しないでください）。
   2. Current フィールドに 「0 mA 」と表示されます。
   3. RelativeCharge 71% の下にフィールドが表示されます。
   4. ChargingCurrent フィールドに「1000 mA 」と表示されます。
4. PLATFORM-SENSORS.XML セクションに移動します。
5. 出力 で、次のshowコマンドのうち1つ以上を failed  または fault として確認します。
   1. DBlade Battery Voltage
   2. Battery Charge Failed?
   3. Battery Charge
   4. Bat Charging State
