SyncMirrorでは、アレイLUNアグリゲートについても、ディスクのアグリゲート同様に2つの物理的に分離されたコピーが作成されます。

アグリゲートのこれらのコピー（「プレックス」と呼びます）は同時に更新され、データの2つのコピーは常に同一となります。どちらかが使用できなくなっても、データは引き続き提供されます。

ONTAP FlexArray 環境でSyncMirror プレックスに障害が発生しても影響はありません。
