BIOSアップグレードエラー（I/Oエラー-4）が原因でノードの起動に失敗する

- FAS8200

問題
- ANDUが予期せず一時停止状態になった際に、EMSログに以下のエントリが記録されます：

- バックアップONTAPイメージ（
system reset backupをSPから使用）でブートしても、ノードのブートには役立ちません。
