DS460-12 シェルフ: 永続的な IOMB 損失とマルチパス エラー

• IOM12B モジュール搭載 SAS接続シェルフ

• DS460-12 シェルフ（シェルフ 6）のシェルフ モジュール IOMB との通信が継続的に途絶え、「不明なリンク レート」アラートと「マルチパス構成のない SAS ディスク シェルフが検出されました」というエラーが繰り返し発生しています。
• IOMB、SAS ケーブル、シャーシの交換を試みても問題は解決しませんでした。
• システム ログには、複数の PHY でハンドシェイク エラーが繰り返し発生し、PCD エラー カウントが増加していることが記録されています。シェルフは IOMB モジュールの重大なアラートが発生し、非正常な状態のままです。
• クラスタ ha の SYSCONFIG -A では、シェルフ 6 の IOM B 情報を表示できません：
  Shelf 6: DS460-12  Firmware rev. IOM12B A: 0141   B: ----

最後の IOM fw バージョンは IOM12B 0202 です
