ANDUの「shelf firmware show-update-status」で「running」と表示されるが、「0」in-progressと表示される

問題

ONTAP 9のAutomated Non Disruptive Upgrade(ANDU)中に、第1ノードの自動リブートとギブバックの際に「storage shelf firmware show-update-status」コマンドが実行されると、出力にはシェルフ ファームウェアの更新が「running」と表示されますが、「in-progress」の更新数は「0」となります。

  • 次の例では、「node2」がANDUのリブートを完了してONTAPバージョンを更新したあとにコマンドが実行されましたが、「node1」はまだANDUプロセスの一環としてリブートされていません:
cluster::*> storage failover show Takeover Node Partner Possible State Description -------------- -------------- -------- ------------------------------------- node1 node2 false Connected to node2, Takeover is not possible: The version of software running on each node of the SFO pair is incompatible, NVRAM log not synchronized node2 node1 false Connected to node1, Takeover is not possible: The version of software running on each node of the SFO pair is incompatible, NVRAM log not synchronized 2 entries were displayed. cluster::*> storage shelf firmware show-update-status Update In-Progress Node Status Count ------------------ ------- ----------- node2 idle - node1 running 0 2 entries were displayed.
