アップグレード中、 AFF-A400 ではポート e3a / e3b で netif.sfpNotSupported と表示されます

環境

  • ONTAP 9.7P14以前のパッチ リリース
  • AFF-A400
  • 100G Ethernet Controller Ionic(X1151)(1.0.1-E-31~1.0.1-E-39 ファームウェア)

問題

ONTAPのアップグレード中、 更新されたノードのクラスタポートe3aとe3bが停止していると、HAパートナーノードがギブバック待機状態になります。

  • アップグレードされたノードのEMSでSFP+/ QSFP+サポート対象外のメッセージが報告される。

netif.sfpNotSupported: The SFP+ or QSFP+ module (not supported ) installed in e3a is not supported with this network interface.
netif.sfpNotSupported: The SFP+ or QSFP+ module (not supported ) installed in e3b is not supported with this network interface.

  • アップグレード後のノードでポートが停止と表示される ::> system node run -node updated_node -command sysconfig -a

    slot 3: Dual 100G Ethernet Controller IONIC
        e3a MAC Address:   00:ae:cd:09:b5:50 (auto-unknown-down)
          ...
        e3b MAC Address:   00:ae:cd:09:b5:51 (auto-unknown-down)
          ...

  • アップグレードされていないノードでポートが稼働している ::> system node run -node not_updated_node -command sysconfig -a :

          ...

  • アップグレードされていないノードからのEMSでリンクエラーが報告される: ::> event log show -event **NotSupported*
