EMSログのplogdがデグレードモードで実行されており、SP FWとマザーボードの通信からスプラッグを取得できません 問題

環境

• FAS
• AFF
• ベースボード管理コントローラ（BMC）またはサービスプロセッサ（SP）

問題

• EMS.log エラー： 
  splog.warnings: Could not retrieve logs from the SP for 24 hours: splogd is running in degraded mode and having difficulty getting splogs from the SP FW
• BMC / SPが最新バージョンのFWになっている 
• BMC/SPをリブートcluster::> system service-processor reboot-sp -node <nodename>しても、問題 が解決されません
• またEMS.log、次のエラーも発生する可能性があります。 
  • spmgmt.driver.timeout: Unable to update SP network information at this time —または—
  • sysconfig -a とマークされたBMCまたはSPの出力unknown：
