SwitchReboot_Alertが原因でEthernet switchがデグレード状態になっています

- ONTAP 9
問題
- スイッチのリブート後、クラスタのアラートセクションにスイッチリブートアラートが表示され、switch-up timeは50日未満です。ONTAP EMSイベント例：
