電源喪失後にFAS27xx ports e0a, e0bが消失

AFF A220、AFF C190、FAS2750、FAS2720

問題

  • sysconfig -aとnetwork port showからオンボードネットワークインターフェイス（e0a/e0b）が欠落し、停電が発生しました。
  • 電源復旧後に起動すると、以下のエラーメッセージがコンソールに報告されます：
Aug 01 11:19:28 [node1:netif.init.failed:ALERT]: Initialization of network interface e0a failed due to unexpected software error ix:eeprom_read:eec=75480832:-33.
Aug 01 11:19:28 [node1:netif.init.failed:ALERT]: Initialization of network interface e0a failed due to unexpected software error ix:18.
Aug 01 11:19:28 [node1:netif.init.failed:ALERT]: Initialization of network interface e0a failed due to unexpected software error ixgbe:5.
