FAS2820 システムレベル診断を開始できません

• NetApp FAS2820
• ONTAP 9
• 外部SASシェルフが接続されたシステム

• 初期設定時またはハードウェア保守時にシステムレベルの診断を開始しようとすると、SAS シェルフケーブルが接続されている場合は診断モードが起動しません。以下のログ出力が確認されます：
