FAS8300、FAS8700、AFF/ASA C400オンボード ポートが停止してテイクオーバーが発生する

環境

  • FAS8300
  • FAS8700
  • AFF A400、AFF C400
  • ASA A400、ASA C400

問題

  • FAS8300、FAS8700、AFF A400、AFF C400、ASA A400、AFF C400システムのオンボードe0a/e0b/e0c/e0dイーサネットポートでリンクダウンエラーが発生し、その後ノードのテイクオーバーが発生します。 
    • 25GbEイーサネット ポートe0aとe0bはHAインターコネクトに使用されます
    • 40/100GbEイーサネット ポートe0cとe0dは通常クラスタ インターコネクト用に使用されます(スロット3にX1151Aを搭載したAFF A400とASA A400を除く)
  • 次のエラーが表示されます:

  • 一方のノードで「out of quorum」パニックが発生する。

PANIC  : Received PANIC packet from partner, receiving message is (Coredump and takeover initiated because Connectivity, Liveliness and Availability Monitor (CLAM) has determined this node is out of quorum.)
