Flash Cacheのホットスワップで「Cannot insert module」というエラーメッセージが表示される

環境

• FAS9000
• Flash Cacheモジュール（X9170A / X9172A）
• ONTAP 9.4 以降

問題

system controller slot module insertコマンド とキャッシングモジュールのホットスワップ のアクションプランを同時に実行すると、次のエラーが発生します。

cluster1::> system controller slot module insert -node local -slot 6-1
pci_hot_plug_op(1471): slot 38 operation 4.
Warning: SSD module in slot 6-1 of node cluster1-01 will be powered on
      and initialized.
