両ノードで間欠的なBMC pingの損失

  • FAS8300
  • ONTAP 9
  • Baseboard Management Controller（BMC）ファームウェア 13.11P1
  • 外部ネットワーク監視ツール（ICMP ping）

問題

  • ネットワーク監視ツールがBMC IPアドレスへの断続的なping損失を報告
  • 同じ時間帯の間、管理IPには引き続きアクセス可能
  • ping損失時間は約1分
  • 両方のノードでほぼ同時にイベントが発生
  • AutoSupport（ASUP）ログまたはEMSに関連するエラーは見つかりませんでした
  • SPハートビートまたはBMC再起動イベントは記録されていません
