問題

  • ヘッダーのマーシャリング中に、すべてのHAメールボックスディスクで永続的なエラーが発生したため、ノードがパニック状態になりました
    [node01:fmmbx_instanceWorker:sk.panic:alert]: PanicString: Permanent errors on all HA mailbox disks (while marshalling header)
    [node01:rc:callhome.raid.mdp.detected:alert]: Callhome for MULTI-DISK ERROR DETECTED
  • 両方のNSMシェルフモジュールで、PCIeエラーと一方のスロットでのディスク欠落の発生後、同時にクラッシュリセットが発生しました。
