問題

クラスタネットワークスイッチの1つが応答しなくなり、pingでアクセスできなくなりました
DCチームはスイッチに2つのオレンジ色のライトがあることを確認しました
電源を入れ直すと、スイッチは通常の動作に戻り、ライトは緑色に変わりました
事故発生当時、計画的メンテナンスの兆候はありませんでした
