ディスクを取り付け直したが、まだ問題が発生しているように見えた
アダプタのすべての SAS ポートについて、新しく追加したシェルフに接続されていないポートを含む無効な PHY が表示されます

ケーブル 'IOM を取り付け直しましたが 'IOM はまだ問題です
テイクオーバー / ギブバックを実行したあともディスクで障害が発生したままになる（ Failed - Unsupported drives don't appear failed any longer ）
障害が発生したドライブは交換されましたが、エラーは続行
