問題

更新が進行せず、最終的に中止される：

system service-processor image showは引き続き古いFWを参照します

EMSが障害を報告します。

servprocd: sp.servprocd.upd.error:error]: SP update error: SP firmware update failure has been detected

hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SPAutoUpgradeFailedMajorAlert , Alerting Resource = SP Upgrade raised by monitor controller

SP-MGMT-MLOG-TXT.GZ error：

ERR: Servprocd::CLI: sp_get_sensor_info_worker : TTX ERROR: 7 (SSL_connect: certificate verify failed (SSL_error_code = 1))

SSL_shutdown: shutdown while in init (SSL_error_code = 1)

Error: SSL_connect: unknown state (SSL_error_code = 1) exception occurred in spcc_sp_get_sensor_info code

また、SP/BMCへのSSH接続でクレデンシャルの入力後にプロンプトが表示されないという問題が発生することもあります
Service-Processorがsystem health subsystem show出力で低下しています
