• IOM Aを取り付け直した後、sysconfig -a出力にIOM AのFW情報が表示されない。

• シェルフのIOM A/シャーシ/SASケーブル/PSUを交換しても問題は解決しません。
• シャーシの交換後、ENVIRONMENTログに表示されたケーブル接続と実際の接続に不整合がありました。 

Example: IOM Bは元の場所に設置されたままですが、ログにはIOM Aのスロットに挿入されていることが示されています。

• さらに、IOM AのLEDは消灯し、IOM BのLEDは点灯していますが、IOM Bのファームウェア情報が sysconfig-a ログに表示されなくなります。
• 2台のIOMを別のシェルフにスワップすると、問題が再現されます。
