Probable Cause: Controller JC8FAS02-03 has only a single-path configuration to disk shelf 4.11. This might occur when the controller does not have dual-path
configuration to stack 4, a SAS HBA port on the controller connected to the disk shelf is disabled, or shelf-to-shelf cabling is incorrect.

• IOMモジュールの障害LEDは点灯しない
• シェルフパスを確認するにはsystem node run -node {nodename|local} -command sasadmin expander_map、コンソールからコマンドを実行するか、ASUPの「sas-expander-map」を調べます。

Node01： ポート0cは  IOM Aでシェルフ10/11/12に接続し（シェルフ13/14がない）、ポート2dは シェルフ14/13/12/11/10にIOM Bで接続します。
