T6 クラスタポートがハングし、クラスタネットワークに問題が発生する

問題
- 影響を受けたノードのクラスタポートは管理が稼働中であると報告していましたが、パフォーマンスが低下しており、正しく機能していないと報告されていました。

- このポートのクラスタ LIF ホームがフェイルオーバー ターゲットに移行されました：

- ポートをバウンスしようとすると、次のエラーが発生します：
