WAFL inconsistency causes ONTAP cluster node to unexpectedly reboot with the error 'Unexpected shared blocks counter value'. Example: 
Unexpected shared blocks counter value 111 in fsinfo(expected 0) in aggregate aggr1. WAFL inconsistent. Contact NetApp technical support. in SK process wafl_exempt04 on release 9.13.1P10 (C)
