CONTAP-320933：バッファポインタをリストに追加するときにmpcleanerスレッドがハングする

問題

A processor on the storage controller panicked as there was long running mpcleaner thread. Current thread which ran over 5 seconds resulted in a CPU hung panic i.e mpcleaner thread. Correctable Machine Check Errors occur which indicate the issue between CPU and memory in L1/L2 cache. This is a not a hardware issue as there are zero count of CECC errors.
