ONTAP-117774：ONTAP REST APIのGET /api/security/rolesに対する応答が非常に遅い

問題

On the system with huge amount of vservers ( above 300 SVM's) execution of the command like security login rest-role show or any REST API GET /api/security/roles calls might take very long time to return an output. Even with a count of <300 vservers, randomly REST API GET /api/security/roles ONTAP may return error "Loop detected in next() for table rest_roles_view".
