ONTAP-199598：銅線ケーブル（X66211-<n>）を使用してCisco 9336C-FX2スイッチに接続すると、X1151Aのポートがオンラインにならない

問題

Ports on X1151A do not come online when using optical cables or copper cables when connecting to Cisco 9336C-FX2 switches
EMS log shows the ports stay down for ~10-15mins
